Refined Stay at a Classic Hotel

The hotel included great restaurants. La Trattoria Enoteca was especially nice. I used room service for breakfast and found it good. Views from the main façade toward Cologne are breath-taking.
Finding ones way was hard because of no clear entrance. Confusing corridors and staircases created problems. Not enough signs made it difficult to locate amenities. I think a castle layout with the facilities would improve orientation.

Several restaurants are available on site, including La Trattoria Enoteca, which features a nice atmosphere. Breakfast room service presented a convenient dining option. Special dishes were not an option at breakfast.

The Junior Suite offered spacious accommodations and a comfortable bed. Classic style is evident throughout the hotel design. There was no hot water heater nor tea bags in the room .

The hotel provides a great location inside the castle, great for convenient exploration of historical features. Views extended toward Cologne from the façade, offering picturesque scenery. The hotel is set within an excellent building.

Staff exhibited friendly and helpful service, ready to respond to inquiries. Valet service is available. initial assistance with parking was delayed. The reception team offered courteous support throughout my stay.

The room was beautifully clean and well maintained. Food was excellent (i especially liked Enoteca).
The front desk staff seemed unfriendly. Every question seemed like a burden to them. I really did not appreciate their attitude.
