the staff at reception were helpful (especially when i needed directions). the hotel was quite clean and housekeeping did a thorough job.
the bed was the most uncomfortable i've ever slept in. the pillows were awful and when i asked about the "pillow bar" i was told they had no clue what i was talking about.

the location is very central for exploring. i found the room very clean and reasonably sized. the buffet breakfast included good choices and fresh options.
the staff i encountered at the front desk seemed somewhat indifferent. there wasn't much acknowledgement at arrival or departure. i felt my concerns weren't really addressed.

The staff was helpful and spoke fluent English. The hotel bar served delicious wine, and the atmosphere was very inviting. The location was convenient. I could easily walk to many restaurants and bars. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options with many regional products (the fresh pastries were my favourite!). The space for dining felt spacious, which really added to the comfort during mealtimes.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were very kind. I found the hotel in a relatively quiet area. Nice shopping is nearby. The rail station is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
The room description pictures were misleading. The standard room I booked showed a decent-sized room with a full bed, but it was tiny with just a twin bed.
