The location was superb! cafes, restaurants, and shops were all close. it was a short walk to the promenade and train station. the garden lived up to its name. It was a jungle of trees and plants. the swimming pool was heated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. amazing!!!

The hotel's location is excellent. It is near many cafes, restaurants, and shops. i found the proximity to vieux, only a 10-minute walk, especially convenient. it is also conveniently located a short, 5-minute walk from the beaches.

the intimacy double room included a very comfortable bed. i had plenty of wardrobe space. it was great!!! the room was quiet, and it allowed for restful sleep after a long day of exploration.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly . I enjoyed speaking with them every day. The bed in my Intimity Room was comfortable. I loved the jungle and the opportunity to have a glass of wine there in the evening was a pleasure.

The location was great. Near the train station, it made day trips easy.
I was disappointed with the room. It was smaller than expected and felt quite cramped, not ideal after a long day of travel. the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well either. it was difficult to get the temperature just right

i stayed in a large room. it had a baroque balcony that led to the garden and pool area. the hotel offered a calming break from the busy streets. the staff welcomed me with a rum cocktail. it was a lovely touch.
my room wasn't close to the standard i expected. the carpet was grubby, and the paintwork was also grubby. the furniture in the room looked cheap and worn. i was surprised there was no water in the room, except from the mini bar.

the staff were especially friendly. they were happy to help, and always available. shira and vincent were especially helpful, and kind. i found the service prompt and efficient.
