pleasant stay
friendly staff clean room
the staff greeted me warmly on arrival. my twin room was well-kept and very clean. the garden terrace provided a tranquil oasis. the hotel's location allowed easy access to all parts of the city.
i found that the minibar wasn't refilled . this made it difficult to get water or other beverages without having to call for room service. this inconvenience could be easily addressed with a more attentive minibar service.

the hotel has a superb location (close to the train station). there are many cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. the promenade and beach are also a short walk away, which makes the hotel ideal for exploring the area.

my room overlooked the garden and was very quiet. the bed was comfortable, and there was ample wardrobe space. (i especially liked the juliet balcony!) the room's amenities provided everything i needed for a relaxing stay.

great location airy room clean room atrocious decor severe burn pool facilities
the hotel was in a great location. the room was airy and big because of the hot weather. rooms are very CLEAN.
the room decor looked like a child had done it. i saw happy new year on the wall with child like drawings. my partner got a severe BURN from the hairdryer malfunctioning. the pool facilities seemed lacklustre.

excellent location jungle garden heated swimming pool friendly staff
The location was superb! cafes, restaurants, and shops were all close. it was a short walk to the promenade and train station. the garden lived up to its name. It was a jungle of trees and plants. the swimming pool was heated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. amazing!!!

The hotel's location is excellent. It is near many cafes, restaurants, and shops. i found the proximity to vieux, only a 10-minute walk, especially convenient. it is also conveniently located a short, 5-minute walk from the beaches.

the intimacy double room included a very comfortable bed. i had plenty of wardrobe space. it was great!!! the room was quiet, and it allowed for restful sleep after a long day of exploration.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly . I enjoyed speaking with them every day. The bed in my Intimity Room was comfortable. I loved the jungle and the opportunity to have a glass of wine there in the evening was a pleasure.

annual anniversary retreat
large room baroque balcony rum cocktail
i stayed in a large room. it had a baroque balcony that led to the garden and pool area. the hotel offered a calming break from the busy streets. the staff welcomed me with a rum cocktail. it was a lovely touch.
my room wasn't close to the standard i expected. the carpet was grubby, and the paintwork was also grubby. the furniture in the room looked cheap and worn. i was surprised there was no water in the room, except from the mini bar.

the staff were especially friendly. they were happy to help, and always available. shira and vincent were especially helpful, and kind. i found the service prompt and efficient.
