charmed by my stay!
varied breakfast friendly staff luggage storage
the breakfast was substantial and offered a lot of variety. fresh orange juice was available every morning, which i thought was amazing!!! the staff were so polite, always greeting me with a smile. i was able to leave my bags at the hotel after check-out, which helped a lot as my flight was later in the day.
the bathroom was rather small and could use a vent. it made it difficult to dry off after showering.

the staff offered assistance. they went out of their way to help with directions and recommendations. i found the reception staff particularly kind, providing information when needed.

the breakfast buffet included plant-based milk and fresh fruit. i really appreciated the variety of options provided. the orange juice was freshly squeezed, such a treat. there were ample choices for a complete breakfast.

the location is close to the beach. everywhere was within walking distance. the breakfast selection offered amazing value.
the towels were too small. i could barely move around the room. the carpet was old.

i had a superior double room. the room was cleaned daily. towels were also changed regularly. the staff stored my luggage after checkout. complimentary coffee and tea were available all day.
the lift is very small if more than two people are traveling together

Fantastic Stay Near the Promenade!

The staff were helpful. I especially appreciated the readily available beach towels and umbrellas. They were a lifesaver. Breakfast had many options with delicious food, I looked forward to it each morning.
The elevator was quite small. Fitting more than two people with luggage proved challenging, requiring multiple trips. This was somewhat inconvenient when checking in and out with bags.

The rooms were clean and well maintained with powerful AC which was a real bonus. The provided sheets were clean and crisp ensuring a restful night. A terrace on the first floor offered a nice spot to relax.

Breakfast included many choices with great food each morning. The hotel provided towels and umbrellas. I was able to use them at the beach. I especially appreciated the fresh breakfast buffet.

The receptionists were very friendly and polite upon arrival and throughout my stay. Staff were always available and ready to help with any questions I had. The team always greeted me with a smile.

the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. the location was also nice, close to the promenade. my room was clean and functional, just what i needed.
my room was very small. the outside was very loud, and i heard a lot of street noise. there was very little space for my luggage.

the staff was very friendly. the location was also really convenient, near the tram stop and just a short walk to the beach. i could easily get around.
my room was quite small and faced the street. it was noisy at night because of the traffic. i needed an extension cord to reach the sockets by the bed.
