the room was somewhat dated the bathroom had a shower curtain that i found unappealing the water pressure was not good it took a while for the water to get hot i also noticed the gym was not well kept a bin was overflowing i would have appreciated more attention to cleanliness in that area

The receptionist ordered a taxi, and the driver did not start the meter. He charged a very high fare for a short trip. It seemed like the receptionist had an arrangement with the driver. I felt cheated by this experience.

I liked hotel location a lot. It was close to shopping areas and public transport. My room was super clean each day and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good choice of fresh food and tasty pastries.

The bathroom only had Dove products, which I can't use because of my eczema. I bought my own tea and milk because the room lacked tea bags. The mirror did not have a plug socket nearby.
