Mixed Experience. Issues with Room and Service
small room absent slippers
I faced some problems . The room I booked was not the room I received. Instead, I got a smaller room. The promised slippers and tissues were absent. I found these discrepancies disappointing.

clean and well located stay
central location clean room friendly staff
the location is central near a shopping mall. the rooms are clean and the layout work well. i used the gym and pool and found them clean. the staff was friendly and helpful with everything i needed.
i had to pay extra for a toothbrush. this felt odd since most hotels include basic amenities. the charge was 5 aed.

The reception was staffed by friendly people. they helped with directions and information. the valet team was quick with car service. I never waited long, and the service was good.

Breakfast was very good. There was much choice. the staff was always helpful during the morning meal, this made a difference. i was happy with the selection of food items.

Excellent Hotel Experience
convenient access easy transport great convenience central station
The bus station access is within 100 meters, providing great convenience. I found the ElWahda mall just 400 meters away. It was great for shopping. A central bus station offered easy transport, and it was only 900 meters. The breakfast offered a good time, as it runs up to 10:30 am.
I requested additional water. It should be standard.

Solid Choice for a Short Stay
high-floor room convenient location breakfast variety
The front desk agent accommodated my request for a high-floor room, and their smiles were constant! The location proved advantageous because it was near a shopping mall. Breakfast had good variety too. There were several choices offered. The room was very very comfy and tidy.
The hotel charged me for dental care and slippers, which I found unusual. Most hotels include these amenities. I only requested two pairs of slippers and two dental kits for my partner and me.

The hotel includes a pool area, available . I noticed it has about twenty loungers and a shaded section. There were also vending machines on the ground floor. They provided an option for quick snacks and drinks.

Staff members were readily available at the reception desk. They addressed my questions and requests promptly. I did see quick responses from the reception and service staff whenever needed, even during busy hours.
