The reception staff was very kind and helpful. I found the in-room refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine very convenient.

I would say that the hotel is a bit tired and far from a luxury five-star experience. The breakfast was poor.

The room felt super clean and huge. i loved the view, especially at night. the staff were supportive, notably miss ilham at reception. Communication with her was easy. the location is also super because it is close to everything.

the building has eighteen floors. the city is big, so i can't say much about the location. around, there are many various shops, cafes, and restaurants. abu dhabi mall is nearby so you can visit it.

The valet parking service was not good. One car blocked mine and the manager did nothing. I waited over 10 minutes without anyone calling the car owner, IT WAS frustrating.

the staff was very friendly and cooperative, particularly miss rokeya khatun, mrs soumyasree, and mr bader al deen. They managed our parks visits with ease. the location is great. Abudhabi mall is only a ten-minute walk away. i liked the breakfast buffet, it had a good egg station and lot of food variety.
