The reception was efficient. My room was upgraded at no cost. The breakfast was varied. I especially liked the plant milk options.
The wifi signal strength was minimal. I had trouble connecting even near the door. The receptionist said someone would help, but nobody came. This upset me.

the room i had included two single beds instead of the requested double bed. wi-fi was nearly non-existent, working only near the entrance. i asked for help, and the receptionist promised assistance. nobody ever came, such a shame.

The location was EXCELLENT, very close to a supermarket. The staff was very friendly. The mattress was nice, and the room was large. I had a nice view of the road.
The air-conditioning did not work. The price does not match the quality and conditions.

The location is convenient. It is close to the tram, made getting around easy. The front desk staff was pleasant, and the room was clean. I would consider staying again. The beds were comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day.
I had a minor issue with the air conditioning unit, it seemed to only blow cold air. I attempted to adjust the settings, but I couldn't get it to switch off.
