The location offered easy access to the Globe theater! The room featured a washing machine. This was very helpful for traveling as a family.
The light switches were complicated. It was not easy to turn off the lights

The location is excellent. Borough market and london bridge station are very close. the apartment offered great air conditioning and ample storage. i appreciated the clean, nicely decorated space and comfortable beds. staff stored my luggage when i arrived early (which was very helpful).
The main apartment door did not lock properly. I needed reception to lock it.

The kitchenette had a fridge with milk. The room included step-by-step instructions for using the appliances. The bathroom featured lovely amenities. I found a hair dryer there.
I noticed the air con was a bit NOISY.
