uneven experience
dog hair on bedding stained furniture
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby eateries.
the room's cleanliness was questionable as it had a noticeable smell, like wet dog.. the presence of dog hair on the bedding was unpleasant. i also found stains on the furniture, detracting from the overall quality of the stay.

helpful staff useful amenities
the hotel is located near coffee shops and restaurants along the thames river. shakespeare's globe and water taxi access are a short walk away. a washer, dryer, large fridge, and stove and microwave are useful. the front desk staff offered helpful information about transport.
The light switches were complicated with unlabeled buttons. the kitchen was not fully equipped. It had two saucepans and only two small plates. the curtains did not cover all the windows, causing light to enter the room.

The premium studio had a comfortable bed. I slept well. the rainfall shower was a good size. the staff stored my luggage safely after checkout which i appreciated.

central location spacious apartment comfortable beds helpful staff
The location is excellent. Borough market and london bridge station are very close. the apartment offered great air conditioning and ample storage. i appreciated the clean, nicely decorated space and comfortable beds. staff stored my luggage when i arrived early (which was very helpful).
The main apartment door did not lock properly. I needed reception to lock it.

The kitchenette had a fridge with milk. The room included step-by-step instructions for using the appliances. The bathroom featured lovely amenities. I found a hair dryer there.
I noticed the air con was a bit NOISY.
