A Sweet Escape

The room was clean. A comfy bed assured i rested well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfast because it has a good choice and presented well.

I noticed a very slight stain on one of the towels.

The staff seemed new and unsure , particularly during check-in. i was looking forward to relaxing by the pool , but other guests were behaving inappropriately , and the staff took too long to intervene. the room had a draughty window with foam filler and i could hear a lot of traffic. breakfast was disappointing . The sausages tasted like they were deep fried and the scrambled eggs were inedible.

I found the room big and comfortable! the bed was great. I slept very well. breakfast had many items to choose from, which i liked. the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially at reception.

The technology to order the evening meal was a bit illogical. I found puddings in a subsection, not under "food".

the room was super clean. the bed was comfortable. all the staff i met were friendly and cute.

The pool jacuzzi was ok. Dinner was poor with average service. the food was not cooked through, but sadly i could find no one to tell.
