central location and friendly service
central location friendly staff spacious room complimentary snacks
the hotel was clean and well maintained it is well located for walkers since it is a short walk to the downtown area the staff was very friendly and helpful i received complimentary chocolate and pretzels upon arrival the room was spacious.
there was a very slight issue with the toilet drain system i noticed a mild smell in the reception area

the staff were polite and professional they spoke english and were helpful with directions and recommendations i found their service efficient and courteous at all times

the breakfast offered a good variety of options with fresh bread fruits and hot dishes the restaurant was clean and well organized staff kept the buffet stocked and were quick to clear tables each morning

the parking garage is located directly under the hotel which is very convenient there is elevator access from the garage to the lobby the hotel provides easy access with vehicles

My room featured comfortable beds and pillows. I had convenient access to parking in the basement. Check-in was very easy, I noted the room was clean upon arrival.
I noticed some signs of aging in the infrastructure (particularly in the elevators).

The hotel has interior design. I found a coffee machine and tea in my room, including water. There was underground paid parking available, providing internal access to the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Fresh water, hot drinks, and cake were available in reception. (a nice touch!). The staff responded quickly to the problems we faced.

the breakfast spread was amazing, with a delicious selection of items. a freshly squeezed juice station stood out and I felt especially pampered. the dedicated omelet chef created personalized delights, I savored them each morning. a selection of local cheeses provided a taste of regional flavors.
the air conditioning unit made a faint humming sound at night.
