helpful staff convenient location modern vibe faux leather straps

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They swiftly brought an iron and board to my room. The location is really convenient, near both King's Cross St Pancras and Euston stations. The rooms offer a modern vibe, I especially liked the geometric faux leather straps. My stay was very nice!

The music in the restaurant felt a bit too loud for a comfortable conversation.

The fitness center provided adequate equipment, including multiple treadmills. The library offers a quiet space, filled with various books. The bars were amazing!!!

The location is undeniably convenient. It is close to major transportation hubs, easing travel. The staff are very helpful and quick with requests. The room had blackout curtains, important for a good night's sleep.

unstocked minibar poor soundproofing

the minibar was not refilled . i expected it to be restocked daily but it wasn't a big deal. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear street noise at night, a little difficult to fall asleep.
