the shuttle service to the town centre was very helpful it saved a lot of walking the private beach was also great it offered a relaxing spot away from the crowds

I enjoyed the free self-parking a lot. The location was awesome, and it made getting around easy. I also liked the bar at the lake. I had lunch there one day. The room was clean. I really liked that they welcome dogs.
Dozens unsupervised children were digging in the food trays in restaurant. This.

amazing lakeside escape!
connecting room gluten-free options private beach
The hotel gave us a connecting room, perfect for keeping our group together, it was such a plus! the restaurant staff were fantastic, especially with gluten-free options. they made fresh pizza and pasta. It was so thoughtful. i loved the private lakeside area and lorenzo added to the fun. they even offered complimentary breakfast at mumba beach club when our packed lunch was forgotten, it was beautiful!
The room lighting was not good! i wish there was light near the dressing table. It made getting ready difficult.

The hotel is a convenient walk to a village. That is lovely. a free shuttle bus is available, that runs to the center often. i found the location near lake garda very convenient.

The hotel has a pool area with a water slide. there are gardens with olive trees. mountains in the background create a beautiful view. I enjoyed my stay. soft and alcoholic drinks were available all the time in the lobby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! the waiters were very attentive and amiable. the staff helped us with our luggage. i appreciated their warmth. It was really special.
