small bathroom leaking shower hose
the breakfast was acceptable, with sufficient options to choose from.
the bathroom was very small. the shower hose leaked a lot, so everything got wet before i could adjust the temperature. the cleaning staff should have reported this sooner.

staff was friendly. Location was convenient. The room was very comfy and tidy with necessary amenities. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transport. This made getting around the city very easy. They were really helpfull. The breakfast selection offered a good variety of options.

dated decor ineffective air conditioning
The room's decor felt quite old. The carpet really needed replacement. the air conditioning was not effective. I found it difficult to get comfortable during the night.

convenient location and friendly service
easy access friendly staff
the hotel is located in a great place for getting around! public transport is easily accessible, and there is a short walk to a large supermarket, though the main train station is only a few stops away. the restaurant within the hotel was excellent. the staff addressed allergies and ensured meals were prepared perfectly.
the room was rather worn, with peeling paint and visible water damage. the heating was set high. it was difficult to adjust, and i had to open windows to reach a comfortable temperature
