adequate, but somewhat disappointing
good locationstrong urine odor
the location was good near the airport.
The check-in was quite long. There was only one unpleasant person working at the desk, and i got assigned an accessible room, but the bathroom had a strong urine odor.

the location was convenient only two bus stops from the airport not bad i guess
the phone in my beautiful double or twin room did not work i called from my mobile to complain about it but no one seemed particularly concerned whatever

strong waterfriendly staffcomfortable beds
the shower had seriously strong water flow. the staff at check-in were very friendly to me. i found the beds comfortable for my overnight stay.
the hotel area felt a little uninviting for walking around. that's all i can think of!

I encountered an issue with the room's climate control. It was uncomfortably warm and despite reporting it, no real solution was offered, only a fan was suggested, inadequate.

helpful staffineffective cooling unituncomfortable experience
the staff was helpful with directions, it was acceptable.
i did not like the room at all. the cooling unit was not effective, even at its lowest setting. it felt weaker than someone breathing lightly and wasn't cooler than the hallway air. i ended up sleeping on the floor by the door to get some slight airflow (this was not a comfortable experience).
