the staff offered quick and smiling service. the complimentary shuttle was super convenient from the airport. my room was spacious and smelled good. the bed and pillows were comfortable, i slept like a baby.

the selection of channels on cable tv could be a bit broader, but it's a very minor point.

i found the room clean and tidy i booked a late checkout, and the staff accommodated my request the airport transportation was very convenient at 10chf there was always someone at reception to assist with any questions.

the hotel lacked kettles in the room which was a slight inconvenience i had to get coffee delivered.

slow drainlimited choices

the sink drained slowly that was annoying. The television offered few options a major disappointment. breakfast offered limited choices the buffet lacked variety. i wished for more from a hotel near the airport.
