Fantastic stay!
really good service clean rooms new linens free wi-fi
i am thankful for the really good service provided by the staff . they assisted with directions and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. i especially appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the rooms had new linens and tidy furniture. the free WI-FI access allowed me to stay connected, i also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning.
the gym equipment is a bit outdated.

fantastic view helpful information limited storage electrical socket
The view from the restaurant and terrace overlooking Lake Como was fantastic. I also found the staff to be very cute. They provided helpful information about the area.
My room was quite small, with limited storage space. The hospitality tray was also placed far from an electrical socket so using the kettle was difficult.

my room included a safe, simple to use. the breakfast had a wide selection, and the coffee machine provided good drinks.
the parking spaces felt a bit tight, especially when the hotel was busy.

I found the staff to be attentive. the lake view from my balcony provided a calming backdrop. breakfast included many options. It was a good start to each day. the garden offered a peaceful retreat. I appreciated the tranquility.
