adequate, but some issues present
non-functional air conditioning skylight solution
the hotel has elevators, a significant advantage when moving luggage.
The air conditioning did not function during my entire stay. The room was hot. staff suggested opening a skylight as a solution, but it provided no relief. this significantly impacted my experience in the city.

excellent central stay
great location early check-in luggage storage wonderful service
I found this hotel wonderfully located near the boat terminal. It's only one stop from the airport. the heart of the action is really accessible from here. they permitted early check-in, and they held our bags until our late flight. we could even wait at the hotel between trips. I appreciate this service so much!!!
The boat horns outside the window were audible starting around 8 in the morning. Earplugs helped.

The reception staff offered helpful information and prompt assistance. i noticed their willingness to resolve inquiries and address concerns. the staff also provided extra pillows upon request. This was helpful and kind.

An elevator is available. It's a definite plus, especially with luggage. the hotel features air conditioning. It works well. also, i appreciated the accessibility of public transportation. The stop is really close.

The room had all necessary amenities. It was convenient and comfortable. the housekeeping service was thorough. It was discreet, as well. i also found the bed comfortable. I rested very well.

shower cleanliness steep stairs
the shower wasn't cleaned well. there was dust, it really let the hotel down. the stairs are very steep and difficult to navigate. i found it disappointing.
