Acceptable Stay With Notable Issues

poor service inadequate training

I was checked out of my room while still inside. This caused housekeeping to enter without knocking, while I was in the bathroom. The staff is young and needs training on basic hospitality rules. During dinner, no one asked if everything was satisfactory. It's frustrating.

Convenient Airport Stay

convenient location comfortable furniture

The hotel's location is convenient to catch an early flight. It is RIGHT inside the airport. The room offered a runway view. I did not hear any noise at all. The room itself felt spacious and provided comfortable furniture.

I noticed the absence of coffee facilities in the room, this was disappointing. The coffee area in the lobby and on the fourth floor needed better organization. The coffee and tea supplies were insufficient.

Excellent Airport Hotel Experience

convenient location runway view modern design comfortable bed

The hotel is located directly inside the airport terminal and is very easy to access. The room had a runway view and blackout curtains that helped me sleep well. I enjoyed the modern design and decor that are visible throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable.

The gym equipment is limited to a few treadmills.
