The staff was cute and helpful. I got coffee immediately upon arrival. Luggage service to the room was smooth and careful. The location is CENTRAL to shops and local activities!
The breakfast was disappointing, particularly concerning the food variety offered. This was definitely a slight letdown.

The location was superb. I found it easy to access many central attractions. The staff displayed really good helpfulness regarding local transport options. Breakfast offered a varied and delicious spread each morning. The room was clean, and I observed it was maintained well throughout my stay.

The staff addressed luggage promptly upon arrival. They offered assistance with travel arrangements throughout my stay, greatly appreciated. The valet service made parking very convenient right outside the front door. The hotel staff provided helpful suggestions for sightseeing.
The room I was moved to after a plumbing issue had a toilet with a door that did not close properly.
