the check-in included prosecco. concierge took our bags straight to our room, a seamless service. tea, coffee, and fresh water were available in the room.

The hotel welcomed me with friendly service and a glass of prosecco. Breakfast had a nice selection with continental options and freshly cooked dishes. The spa included a good-sized indoor pool. The location is convenient and near recommended restaurants (though I ate in the bar).
The bathroom sink felt a little low.

welcome feelingprosecco glassstocked mini bar
barbara greeted me with a glass of prosecco and her friendliness really stood out. i particularly enjoyed the honesty bar. It was a lovely, unexpected touch. the room was spacious and equipped with everything i needed, including the best stocked mini bar i have encountered.

The hotel features a pool area outside that is very appealing. there is also a pool inside the spa area. It includes a jacuzzi bench for relaxation. i saw a salt cave sauna. It looked nice, though i did not use it.

the room included a marble bathroom. it has nice tiling and well set up features. the bed was very comfortable (i slept very well!). bedding was lovely and of high quality.

the location allowed for a short walk to king's street and queen's street. it provides easy access to shops and cafes. liberation square is also not far from the premises.

I worked a few days and stayed in this hotel. This lovely hotel is very central. The service was excellent. Every staff member provided really good support. The room was spacious and the bed felt very comfortable. The bar and restaurant provided a great atmosphere and delicious food.
The hotel needs some TLC in places.

the staff were friendly and helpful.
The steam room was not functioning correctly. Tiles were loose creating a hazard. breakfast was also poor. there was the same cheese and sausage of very poor quality every day (i had expected a bit more variety).

the breakfast was fantastic and it had so many options. the swimming pool was great and I swim a lot. all the staffs are friendly to me and other guests.
the traffic noise was loud even though i was on the floor 3. the view from my rooms was of a public toilets. i also had no bathrobes as was told i would have it.
