my room had a very comfy bed. the bathroom was also great, it had everything i needed. i was happy to find i had quiet rooms even with an open window. luggage storage was available, useful (for my travel needs).
the furniture looked low quality to me. the interior design felt a bit cold, not cozy at all. i thought the common areas could use some maintenance.

the staff were helpful i appreciated their readiness to assist with reservations. eric was particularly kind and cute after my long journey. the location was also great many shops and cafes were close.
the room i was in did not have a large window it only had a glazed door.
