Marais Location is Everything!
great location courteous service
The hotel is located amazingly close to shops and restaurants in Marais! The staff provided really good courteous service. I will come back for sure, I had an excellent experience.
For the rates they charge, this hotel left me disappointed even with the good location. My expectations were high. It's unacceptable the hotel doesn't have a better and more diverse range of products for breakfast.

convenient location room cleanliness friendly staff small elevator natural light room noise
The location proved convenient, placing many attractions within easy reach. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It felt very fresh. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful .
The elevator was QUITE small. It barely accommodated two people with luggage. My room lacked natural light. The window faced an inner courtyard. I noticed some noise from nearby rooms on one evening.

fresh options easy access
the breakfast was excellent i found a wide variety of fresh options there the staff was very attentive making sure everything was constantly replenished. the hotel is close to several metro stations it allowed for easy access to various parts of the city
the elevator was quite small it only accommodated two people with luggage.

smaller room unresolved issue
the location was acceptable with the metro being a few minutes away.
The room i booked was not the room i received. It was smaller. the description and photos in the confirmation showed a different room. i reported the issue immediately, but nothing happened to resolve it. it was annoying to pay for one thing and get another.
