helpful staff needed facilities secure ticket
the staff provided us with needed information about the area. the room had needed facilities for a family. the hotel offered free tea and coffee in the reception area (a nice touch). i left my luggage after checking out and received a secure ticket for collection.

uneven stay, some issues noticed
stained sheets unhygienic bathroom
The staff were friendly and helpful. They cleaned our room every morning. new towels arrived every day too.
the room was not cleaned very well. i found the sheets stained and the bathroom felt unhygienic. there were stains everywhere. drinking water wasn't provided, which i thought was odd.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
dirty room non-functional heating
The location near the Metro was convenient. The staff were friendly.
The room was not clean at all, dust everywhere. The bed head panel reminded me of a health hazard. Stains covered the bed linen. It was disgusting. The bathroom smelled terribly. It was way too cold in the room. The heating system didn't work.

mixed feelings about this hotel
terrible water pressure unstable wifi
The water pressure in the shower was terrible. It was painful. i spoke to the staff, and they said the whole building had the same issue. This did not allow. the wifi connection was also unstable. It required a specific setup. i fixed it myself.

quick access spacious room free coffee convenient location
The location offered quick access to both the city center and the airport by Metro 14. The room I occupied was quite spacious. Free coffee, tea, and fresh water were available at reception around the clock. I found this particularly convenient after long days.
I noticed the room could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival.
