Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The location was ideal. It was perfect for accessing bars, restaurants, and ski rentals. The local shuttle pick up for the Grand Massif Express was very convenient. The rooms were well-kept and warm. Housekeeping tidied them every morning. Ski lockers included heated rails for boots and gloves.
I noticed no functioning air conditioning in the room.

The breakfast was quite disappointing , the hot food was cold. the selection felt limited , especially considering the price. the evening restaurant also presented problems , I waited a long time for our meals , almost two hours. Staff showed little understanding when issues came up , I think it requires better organization.

The location is really convenient. it's just minutes from all the restaurants and bars. a free shuttle takes you to the lift. This service worked well. the ski and boot storage area is really good too.
i thought i booked an apartment, but i apparently booked a suite, it was quite expensive. the suite was below the hotel laundry room and was noisy at night. the double bed was 2 mattresses pushed together and came apart.

I found some issues . The double bed consisted of two mattresses pushed together. They separated quite easily. the breakfast was disappointing. The hot food was cold, especially considering the 20 euro per person charge.. We ended up eating elsewhere for better value.
