noisy room poor breakfast
the staff was helpful enough.
The room was quite noisy. I heard neighbors clearly. the metal stairs inside were also very loud. the advertised breakfast was of poor quality.

kind staff professional staff clean room poor location uncomfortable room missing hooks
the staff was very kind and professional. they were also very helpful and accommodating. the room was very clean. the view from the lobby was amazing.
the location was not great. i had not realised how far out it was, and it meant that everything was a bit harder than i wanted. the room was not massively comfortable. there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

Excellent Shuttle and Views
efficient shuttle amazing views
The shuttle bus was very efficient and pleasant. All drivers drove safely on crazy roads. The views from the terrace are amazing. I saw lovely sunshine and sunsets.

charming stay with amazing views!!!
sweet staff birthday wishes refreshing pool
The views were very nice. the staff are the sweetest and very attentive. they supplied birthday wishes for my mum and offered prosecco and cake. the venue is clean. The team are cleaning throughout the venue daily. the pool is refreshing with space to hang out before a shuttle down to the center.
the hotel needs some furniture repairs. they are old and have lots of scratches. it also reminded me of the building was old, including an old bathroom. the shower water was stagnant and would not leave the drain.

The staff was cheerful and helpful on every occasion. they were informative regarding any aspect of the holiday. i found nothing was too much trouble for daniel. Every staff member was superb.

the location in the mountain was unique and nice! the views were amazing, overlooking the coast. the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from town. this made getting around very easy.

the room was modern and efficient. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the air conditioning was modern and very quiet. the shower was excellent and had constant hot water.

breakfast was included and so lovely. i found coffee and drinks readily available. they provided paper cups for use around the pool. i even got takeaway pizza one afternoon for lunch.
