The royal suite on the 19th floor was amazing. the views were lovely! the entertainment staff, especially mar, were so friendly and helpful. They were really nice too ensure we had a wonderful time. we felt cared for and special.
The reception girls seemed a bit indifferent. They didn't smile much. this was a small detail, though the general atmosphere was so warm and cute.

inadequate air conditioningrude spa staff
The air conditioning situation was a joke. They switched it off due to complaints, leaving my room stuffy. when i asked about it, they gave me a fan. it helped a little, but seriously, a fan? also, the spa lady rolled her eyes when i inquired about a treatment and said she was fully booked. guess my money wasn't good enough.

excellent stay, was really good
spacious roommodern toiletroom heat
my room was very spacious with a modern toilet. i especially liked the huge walk-in shower as requested. the large tv had main english channels, and i enjoyed having a big balcony to relax on.
the heat in the room was difficult to manage. even after turning the thermostat to cool, i couldn't seem to lower the room temperature. otherwise, the rooms were perfect.

the location is ideal. it's within walking distance to the sea. i was also happy it was situated just outside the busy town, so it remained quiet during the night.

the staff were great, particularly the reception team. excellent bed linen and towels were provided. the fixtures and fittings were first class too. the spa was a particularly enjoyable experience.

the food was excellent. it was very well prepared and presented. the breakfast was really good. it catered to multiple nationalities. i was kinda surprised by the food quality!!!
