The room had everything i needed and felt modern. I found the pool area very relaxing and beautifully designed. The location was great as i could easily walk to nearby shops. The staff were really lovely.

The staff members were helpful and friendly, i felt that they were readily available to assist with inquiries and requests. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, i had received a welcome drink. The staff were multilingual.

The hotel's location was good, making it easy to reach different areas.
I had issues with some of the staff. The indoor bar staff acted rude when I asked for a clean glass, even swearing under their breath. Ordering from the pizza kitchen was difficult. I was told they were closing soon, even though it was before the stated closing time. It was annoying.

mixed experience at this hotel
faulty air conditioningusb port
my visit had a few frustrating moments. the air conditioning in my room barely worked, even after maintenance tried to fix it several times. it was uncomfortably warm and i ended up buying a usb plug because there weren't any charging ports available in the room, annoying. plus, needing to pay extra for tea and coffee refills felt cheap.
