good locationoutdated gym facilities
the location was good. it allowed easy access to different parts of the city.
the gym was disappointing. it had very basic and outdated equipment. i expected more from a hotel of this supposed standard.

The location was very good. It was central to most attractions.
the front desk was consistently inflexible with even the simplest requests. this seems to be a recurring issue across several strawberry hotels. i found this experience disappointing and would recommend choosing other options if flexibility and service matter to you.

The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. It was close to the harbor and major transportation options. our stylish lux room was spacious and always super clean.. i appreciated the waterfall shower. the nespresso machine was always well stocked. Good coffee is important.

reception staff were helpful. the breakfast offered tasty finnish items, including rice pastries ready to be spread with egg butter, which i quite enjoyed. the staff helped me with any requests that i had.

the stylish lux room had a large seating area and well-thought-out storage. the room featured a fabulous waterfall shower. a nespresso machine kept me supplied with coffee.

the hotel's position allowed easy access to various parts of the city. i could walk to the harbor, esplinadi, and major transportation hubs. the area was quiet, but restaurants and a supermarket were nearby.
