The tram stop near the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent (especially the variety of options!).

The music from a nearby nightclub was loud. The old windows did little to block the sound.

Fantastic Stay in Prime Location

I stayed in a very spacious Standard Triple Room. The breakfast was great. It was my favourite of all the breakfasts I had during my entire trip. The hotel's location is central, and I easily walked everywhere. The staff were wonderful and the installations were faultless too.

The shower door does not effectively prevent leaks. Water spills onto the toilet area and wets the floor and mat. I found this quite annoying and believe it is a design fault.

The front desk staff offered helpful information about local attractions and transport options. I received prompt attention and assistance with any queries I had. They were polite and professional at all times.

My room was large and well kept, with stylish decor. I found the bed comfortable and the selection of pillows welcome. The room offered sufficient space to relax after a day exploring the city.
