The staff were friendly and cute throughout my stay. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its many options and delicious offerings. i thought the gym had a wide variety of equipment. It was nice and big!
the tv remote in my room did not work. i found this a minor inconvenience, though it should have been checked before i arrived.

my room was super clean and serviced daily, which i appreciated. the family room was spacious and included comfortable beds for everyone. i also liked that the room had a fruit basket and a bottle of prosecco upon arrival.

The hotel has a very good leisure centre, and the pool was a hit with the kids! i found the parking easy and convenient. There was always ample space available. the sitting areas throughout the hotel were beautiful and inviting.

I found the hotel suited my needs perfectly. The bar food was excellent, and the nights were quiet, which I appreciated. It serves well as a base when visiting family. The hotel also offers convenient parking, a real plus.
I noticed that the gym music started quite early. It woke me up at 6:30 AM one morning, and it was a bit of a disturbance.

The pool and showers were freezing the jacuzzi was tepid The sauna wasn't working I grazed my leg sitting in the jacuzzi I asked for vegetarian options for dinner and was told it was pasta with tomato sauce

the hotel had a really cute atmosphere. the rooms were well-kept, spacious, and clean. i found the beds comfortable, which gave me a great night's sleep after traveling.
i found the wine list limited, and the coffee wasn't great. the food choices could be better too. i couldn't control the heating in my room.
