central location, excellent service
helpful staff central location varied breakfast
i found the staff helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the hotel's central location allowed me to easily walk to many major attractions. complimentary breakfast each morning was a definite plus, with choices.
The elevator was quite small. It only accommodated a few people with luggage at a time.

the hotel sits conveniently near major attractions, many reachable within a short walk. multiple bus stops are also within a five-minute walk, providing easy access to public transport. this location made exploring the city quite simple.

a complimentary breakfast included eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juices, and coffee. i found several restaurants and bars in nearby piazzas. these provided good choices for meals and drinks throughout the day.

SOME disappointmentS during THE stay
plastic eggs late cleaning
the BREAKFAST was NOT good. i DIDN'T LIKE that the scrambled eggs WERE like PLASTIC. the room WASN'T cleaned until LATE in the AFTERNOON. for THE price i PAID, i EXPECTED better.

airport transfers helpful staff common balcony
the breakfast included many options to choose from it was quite substantial i noticed the staff booked airport transfers at the reception i found this very helpful the room had a common balcony it faced the street it was very nice.
the elevator was quite small to reach my room it required navigating some stairs with luggage i found this slightly inconvenient

poor maintenance breakfast quality
the location are acceptable and allowed relatively easy access to many points of interest.
the room maintenance were poor. the toilet flush button were secured with tape, and the safe weren't attached to anything which i thought a pretty bad issue. the breakfast quality was not good, it lacked flavor.

rooftop terrace helpful staff top floor stiff bed inconsistent heating cold draft
the location was fantastic. the staff was helpful and generous. we had a room on the top floor with a rooftop terrace that featured tables and chairs. the breakfast was better than expected with a real coffee machine.
the bed was stiff. heating was inconsistent and centrally controlled. a draft came through the window, it made the room cold at times.
