cozy stay with excellent service
helpful staff included breakfast
the staff offered very useful tips and were accommodating. i also appreciated that the breakfast was included and was great. the bus stop location, being right in front , was convenient. the living area created a cozy atmosphere.
the lack of shelves or a table in the room was inconvenient. i found it difficult to organize my things and dry towels properly. the towel rack placement behind the towels worsened this situation.

the single room was furnished with cozy, warm beds. hallway lights automatically activated when i exited my room. shared bathrooms offered good hot water and were cleaned regularly , ensuring availability.

the staff was friendly and helpful with all my requests. i got assistance with tour organization and airport transport. the restaurant staff were polite and efficient. they gave me information regarding the area, the activities available, and the local culture.

mixed feelings about this stay
laundry scam missing amenities
the staff were helpful with directions. (i thought they did a decent job).
the laundry service reminded me of a scam. i was charged twice the stated price for a small bag, because they said two loads were necessary. the room also lacked basic amenities, like shelves or a table. i found it hard to organize my things.

rustic charm shines through
unique decor blackout blinds cozy lounge
i really appreciated the unique decor that reflected the area's mining history, there were interesting photos and mementos throughout the hotel, it felt authentic. my room was basic but clean, it had effective blackout blinds, which i found useful. unlimited tea and coffee were available in the cozy lounge areawith a wood burner and comfortable sofas.
the lights in the long corridor came on only when i walked down it, this felt a bit disconcerting.

a guest kitchen offered all necessary appliances for free usage. the lounge area featured board games and a wood burner. a 'shoes off' policy maintained cleanliness throughout the indoor areas.

Breakfast had a good variety of options, like waffles, eggs, fruit, and bread, setting me up well for the day. i especially enjoyed the charming restaurant space, it was full of plants. the restaurant served vegetarian lasagna. It was the best i have ever had.

The location was near to the city center. the airport bus stopped directly at the hotel. It costs nok 110 each way. this accessibility made arrivals and departures very straightforward!

pleasant atmosphere extensive breakfast prompt service small room limited closet unsettling lighting
the lounge area has a pleasant atmosphere and complimentary tea. i noticed the breakfast buffet was extensive and satisfying. the staff addressed my concerns about the room temperature promptly, I must say.
My single room was quite small. Closet space was very limited. the shared bathroom, needed more hooks. the corridor lighting only activating upon movement was somewhat unsettling.

i found the staff super friendly and helpful. the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the facilities were clean. the location near the bus stop was convenient.
The room was very small. I felt the space was insufficient for hanging clothes. the single beds had a too soft mattress. these aspects.
