Really good Guest House Experience
high standard thoughtful gesture delicious breakfast
The room had a high standard of decor and included thoughtful touches such as Welsh cakes upon arrival. A bottle of prosecco also marked our anniversary. I found the breakfast delicious. We loved our stay and will return to this beautiful guest house.
The cancellation policy was a bit rigid. I had to pay for two nights even though circumstances required me to cancel one night.

The location allows convenient walks to local attractions (such as Llanchanaeron House). I noticed the high street is easily accessible. Shops, bars, restaurants and the seafront are nearby, providing plenty of options.

The hotel has a peaceful garden available for guest use. I saw a conservatory on the premises, complete with a fridge and coffee machine. Games are also available for guest entertainment.

an ok stay
fresh milk dinner places payment policy unreasonable notice
the room included fresh milk. water was also available. the hosts suggested several places for dinner, and they were all affordable.
i had to pay for two nights even though i canceled one night because the housesitters had to leave early. the host expected 42 days notice, WHICH i think is unreasonable.

kerry and jonathan created an amazing place! the room was beautiful. breakfast was amazing!!! the location was convenient and easy to access. the house is clean throughout. i really enjoyed the comfy bed and luxurious bed linen. bathroom facilities were really lovely.
the room was very hot, it was not easy to adjust temperature settings.

the breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. breakfast was cooked fresh to perfection, i loved it!!! the best ingredients were used, and it was served with love and attention. fresh flowers in the room were a nice touch.

I stayed in a house with three guest bedrooms. The provided fresh milk and water arrived daily. I found the bed comfortable. My host supplied a sheet and a fan.

delicious breakfast ample parking hot room rigid refund policy
The breakfast was delicious and ample parking are available. Our room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, it had lovely extras, like fresh milk.
The room was too hot despite this the toiletries, teas and coffees were good. I was not happy when I was charged for a second night, after cancelling it, due to house sitters needing to go back early. The policy required 42 days notice for a refund.
