canal views and convenient location
beautiful decorgrand canal viewbuffet breakfast
the hotel is near the vaparetto stop. The room was large with beautiful décor and a grand canal view. The air conditioning worked well i also liked the buffet breakfast.

The hotel is very close to everything. The room was immaculate. Towels and linen were changed daily. A super king bed provided comfort. Staff members were very friendly.
The roof terrace was closed. I was not informed about this in advance.

flooded bathroomnon-functioning phone
The laundry service confused me. Different receptionists gave conflicting information, with one even denying it existed. also, the bathroom flooded each time i showered, quite annoying. to make matters worse, the jets in the bathroom required turning on from a taped-up box.. i found that odd. finally, the phone in the room didn't work.
