Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
poor coffee facilities smelly pillows
The location is near subway lines so public transport is easily accessible.
The room's tea and coffee facilities were poor I found no bar fridge to keep drinks cold. The pillows were lumpy and had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was quite old.

great breakfast helpful staff convenient location fresh food
The hotel is near the U-Bahn, so it was easy to explore the city. Shops and restaurants were conveniently located just outside the door (I especially liked the bakery). I found the staff very polite and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food options.
The coffee and tea facilities in my room were somewhat limited.

an okay stay
metro station breakfast buffet slow check-in cold room
the location proved convenient with the metro station so close! plus, the breakfast room was ENORMOUS, and the buffet had just about everything i could want for breakfast. the staff brought canisters of hot coffee when i asked. it was awesome!!!
the check-in process was slow, taking about 15 minutes, even though i let the hotel know i was arriving late. the heating in my room was completely off, like it had been off for days. the room was super cold when i arrived, especially annoying for a short stay.

the staff was helpful and friendly at all times. the room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. i found the breakfast offered a good selection of items daily. the hotel's location was convenient with easy access to public transportation.

The location is convenient. i found public transportation easily accessible, only a short walk away. the staff was very helpful, especially with directions and local tips. the breakfast offered a good selection of items. There was something for everyone.
The wifi signal was weak at times. i experienced occasional drops in connectivity. the room lacked a mini-fridge. This would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks. there were no extra electrical outlets near the bed. This was inconvenient for charging devices.

tea facilities clean bathroom convenient location dinner choices
My room had tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was nice and clean, perfect for refreshing after a busy day. This location is very close to both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn (which is very convenient for getting around). I found a variety of eating places just around the corner, offering many choices for dinner.
The breakfast prices seemed a little high.

great choice budget places
the breakfast had a great choice of foods I noticed the breakfast room was clean also staff were lovely. the room had free amenities and water it was serviced daily. the u-bahn metro is very close by there are lots of shops and budget eating places in the neighbourhood
