king bed flat screen tv free water poor atmosphere missing side wine cooler
the room had a king bed it was very comfortable. there was a flat screen tv in the room as well as a refrigerator. i found two bottles of water inside the refrigerator that was a nice touch.
the dinner atmosphere lacked music it felt a bit empty. my side of chips did not arrive with the meal i had to ask for it. my white wine was not served with a wine cooler.

friendly staff puppy welcome tasty food
The staff was very friendly! I loved that Hugo (our puppy) was welcomed by everyone. He felt so comfortable there. Dinner and breakfast offered tasty food (especially the breakfast options!).

a superb hotel experience!
warm welcome fine grounds wide selection
the team greeted us warmly and showed genuine care throughout our three-night stay. the grounds are fine. the breakfast included with our stay was amazing with a wide selection.
the reception staff did not fully inform us about the access to the castle. we figured it out after discussing it with other staff members.

the staff demonstrated efficiency, politeness, and deference. the attention to detail from all members of staff was superb. there was also a helpful shuttle service.

breakfast included many choices like smoked salmon. the food presentation was AMAZING!!! the food quality and taste were very high. rose in the restaurant looked after us well.

The hotel is located on a lovely estate. There is hardly any traffic. guests can walk the entire grounds and get beautiful photos. the area is quiet and restful.

the rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. i found the bed comfortable, which ensured good sleep. the room was beautifully appointed and contained everything i needed.
