Check-in was easy. My room was ready ahead of schedule, a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent. I found the service to be excellent as well. Check-out was straightforward.
The hotel had no power one morning. The generator was not working so a cold plate was offered as an alternative breakfast. I was assured the hotel had adequate facilities in place for the storm.

I found the lack of attention to detail frustrating! during breakfast, my request for coffee was repeatedly ignored. the staff seemed disorganized, and the food quality was subpar. the absence of clear communication from the staff further detracted from my stay. No one provided basic information about the hotel upon my arrival. it seemed like they needed more training!

I found the breakfast buffet to be a strong point. It included both hot and cold selections such as eggs, bacon, cereals, and pastries. The hotel also provided free parking, a significant advantage. I especially appreciated the attentive staff in the restaurant.
I did notice some slight wear on the carpets in the hallways.
