a good escape!
lovely welcome clean room peaceful rest great location
The receptionist's welcome was so kind, it allowed us to leave our bags before check-in, and we received an early check-in call, that was appreciated. the room was really clean, and the bed offered a peaceful rest with such soft linens. a lovely hot shower felt wonderful after our travels. the location was great. Check-in was smooth, and it was an easy walk to the coach station.
The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking. It's a small thing, though

The location was indeed great. I found it easy to reach the city's attractions. The room was also quiet, so I slept well. Staff members were helpful with directions.

high noise limited choice
i found several issues that affected my stay. the noise levels were quite high, starting early in the morning because of delivery lorries. vegetarian options in the restaurant were limited, i was disappointed. the live music was too loud, it made conversations difficult.

The hotel provided a coffee shop downstairs. It proved convenient. The location allowed me to walk to various points of interest. The bed was also quite comfortable.
There were no lifts at the hotel. This presented an issue. The room and the bathroom seemed very small to me. I also noticed the absence of parking.

revive cafe offered a lovely breakfast! the coffee stood out as fantastic. the staff shared their extensive knowledge of the area with pride. its location, right in the city centre, proved ideal for exploring.
the old-fashioned key was a little difficult to use.

early noise thin walls
I woke up early because of noise. It was quite disruptive. The sounds resembled bin trucks operating outside, involving constant banging and clattering noises. I also think the walls were not very soundproof, since I could hear sounds from other rooms. The staff was friendly. I expected a quieter stay.
