some issues with room conditions
good showersmall curtainheating problem
the bathroom had a good shower, i liked that.
the room was quite cold. i struggled to get the heating working properly. the curtain was too small, so car park lights shone in all night. it really affected my sleep.

The hotel offered direct parking right outside the room. This made loading and unloading luggage simple. i found pod point and tesla chargers available. This supported my electric vehicle needs. the staff proved friendly and helpful. the room itself was spacious offering ample space to relax after my travels.
i noticed the absence of a front door lock on my room. this meant there was direct access from the car park, potentially compromising privacy, i didn't like it. a minor point, but it was present.

The room featured underfloor heating, a comfy bed, and cutlery. Plates are available. the bathroom had a spacious shower, a plus, we loved it. there was also space to work or eat in the room.

onsite staff responded promptly to questions i had before arrival. i requested a shower chair and it was already in the room upon arrival. this demonstrated attention to detail and a good level of customer service.

The location were easy to get to. I found lots of parking. Stephanie, the host, were very helpful.
Cleanliness have worsened, I noticed the toilet was dirty. The grouting in shower was dirty too. Drinks like tea and coffee had previously been provided, but they was not this time.
