fantastic stay, highly recommended!

i found the bar and foyer surroundings very comfortable. It was so nice to sit and watch the world go by there. the location is ideal..
i found the maintenance work during the night disruptive. the drilling continued past 11:30 pm.

our standard double room was lovely, spacious and clean. housekeeping serviced and cleaned the room daily ensuring it was super clean. the bed was very comfortable offering a great night's sleep.

dinner included vegetable soup, and beef. it was the best beef i have had in a long time and the restaurant staff are so friendly and accommodating. breakfast had a wide variety and everything tasted fresh.

the hotel is located right across the road from the sea, offering easy access to good coastal path walks. the town is close. i found the situation very convenient.

low water pressurenoise disturbance
The shower offered negligible water pressure, i expect a forceful stream for a proper rinse. tissues were absent from the room, it is an oversight in a hotel with supposed four-star credentials. wooden stirrers are inadequate. Tea spoons are a basic amenity this hotel failed to provide. the noise from young people persisted until 3am, the hotel did little to mitigate this disturbance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. All my requests were accommodated quickly. the food was tasty and portions were generous. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the nearby promenade. the family room had an ample tea and coffee supply.
The traffic noise was quite noticeable as my family room faced the front. This made it a little difficult to sleep.

The pool area requires staff to unlock the gate, confirming wristband access. This adds security. the leisure center offers a spa and steam room, however these come with an extra fee. This can limit spontaneous use.

My family room was spacious and clean. It provided ample room for my family to relax. bathroom was super clean. Everyone takes great pride in their work. the bed was very comfortable. It assured a restful night.

The staff stood out for their attentiveness. They always had a smile and friendly personality. i noticed great pride in their work! the receptionists were helpful with all queries. They solved all issues quickly.
