The location was great. It's close to two malls offering many dining options. The breakfast hours meets my needs, goes from six to ten. A bar stayed open all day, a plus.
The foyer was dark and contains outdated furniture. The bed felt too soft for me.

The bar opens all day. Free parking access is available. Two shopping centers are nearby. These centers provide easy access to retail and dining.

Staff speaks good english. Staff helped me with my luggage before check-in. The staff tries to assists guests in every possible way. I had no problems communicating my needs.

The buffet breakfast provides many options. I found many bosnian dishes. The hotel restaurant did not have any place for me, though. They did not try to accommodate me.

i found the staff pretty friendly. my room, a superior king room, was renovated nicely and clean. i was skeptical due to mixed comments i saw before, but i really enjoyed my stay. the location was perfect for my needs during my short stay.
the hotel is a little old, with some signs of wear in the rooms.

the location was excellent, with a short walk to the city center and the historical baščaršija district. there were two malls nearby. a supermarket was also very close to the hotel, really useful.

the reception staff took care to efficiently book a taxi for me. the staff was nice and accommodating. they were even helpful with a later check out. the desk staff was pleasant and helpful!
