obscure entranceno upgraded room

The entrance to the hotel is obscure. It is above a shopping centre. this did not make for a good first impression. i was promised an upgraded room, but they did not provide it because they stated it was subject to availability. they did not let us know this beforehand. the hotel had advertised breakfast facilities but messaged us months later saying they were not providing breakfast. this was very frustrating

the location was convenient, as it was close to public transport. it was easy to get around the area, the seabus was just a short walk away. the room itself was roomy. the ship-like door added a special touch.

i was a bit disappointed with the housekeeping. they would take away used towels and face cloths without replacing them. i had to ask the front desk to bring new ones. i also found the parking fee to be expensive.

The hotel sits right above lonsdale quay market. there are many restaurants very close to the hotel. That was helpful. the waterside dock provides a relaxing place. I could sit, have a snack, and watch the boats. the view of downtown lit up at night was very nice.

The parking costs $30 a day, and a spot is not guaranteed. That is an issue. it might be better to not have a car for the next trip. it is not really needed unless one does day trips.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the ferry terminal. It makes getting to downtown very easy. many restaurants are nearby, and there is beautiful waterfront access, perfect for walking or just sitting. it is a very convenient spot.

the check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff seemed very friendly and helpful! they were available to answer questions and provide directions? and everything went well.

the room had everything i needed, including a microwave! it was also clean and a good size? the hotel also offers a good view of the ocean for a reasonable price? i think the hotel facilities are great.

The hotel is conveniently located near a food market. I could grab anything i wanted. there is a good variety of food options! downstairs at the market, a local pub provides a nice dinner option, and the food was good.

The location is very convenient. It is close to many dining options. The hotel provided easy access to public transport (I especially appreciated the proximity to the SeaBus terminal).

The bathroom cleanliness was not ideal. I saw hair in the shower. The hotel appears worn. The furniture seems dated.

the room quality varied considerably rooms had better views and amenities than others. i found the restaurant experience disappointing the chicken burger was not as advertised and the auto gratuity was not disclosed upfront. parking also cost $56 for two nights which seemed expensive

The location offers convenient access to many restaurants, directly adjacent to the market. Transportation options are abundant, with the SeaBus terminal right next door. The nearby Shipyards area features many dining establishments, with options! The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic.

The pillows were not comfortable. I also had to pay for parking though this was not clear when I booked.
