convenient location and spacious rooms

the hotel is near the downtown core and parliament buildings i experienced easy during check in and the parking was easy the unit came with a kitchenette. i found the location convenient to the town and the value was great it is close to victoria clipper ferry dock.

the hotel did not change currency and us travelers should exchange money before arrival using the atm for withdrawals is a good option.

the staff were always friendly and accommodating i received good suggestions on dining and sights to see they helped make my stay more enjoyable and worry-free.

i enjoyed the larger hot tub the warm pool and the warm sauna the games room and pool table were a pleasant surprise i found it a great place for families to have fun.

I stayed for a couple of nights. my room had a fully stocked kitchen, very useful (i really appreciated that). the cleanliness was well maintained throughout the room. the location was very convenient. I could easily reach nearby attractions.

the hotel decor felt very dated, it gave a granny's guest bedroom vibe. i noticed truck noise early in the morning. the front desk did not mention the complimentary shuttle, i found out by chance.

faded carpets

The hotel felt stuck in the past! The carpets seemed old and faded. I spotted some stains. I also missed having air conditioning in the room. It felt stuffy at times.
