The location worked so well for my concert across the street. the front desk staff were friendly. I got an early check-in. the room on the ninth floor was quiet. i could use flatter pillows and instructions for the in-suite coffee maker.

the communal kitchens include pots and plates available at the front desk, which i thought was pretty practical. the hotel offers complimentary coffee in the mornings, a good touch. a vending machine sells soap.

The front desk staff was helpful. They went out of their way to assist me , and i really appreciated their kindness. they offer a secure environment with 24-hour desk service, great for peace of mind. friendly staff are always an asset.

this location is very close to rogers arena and bc place, very convenient for events. the translink station is only two blocks away, offering easy access to the city. i could easily walk to nearby restaurants and the shopping district.

The location proved ideal for accessing nearby attractions. i especially liked the convenient access to public transportation nearby. the room featured helpful amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator. These added much value.

The air conditioning unit did not function properly. the maintenance staff did not resolve the ac issue and left the room door ajar after their visit. This made me uneasy.
