The hotel ambiance was very relaxed! The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast offered amazing options, and I enjoyed the pancakes particularly. The pool and chill area had a fantastic layout.. super clean!

The staff always took great care of all hotel guests. they ensured order and rule-following all the time. The reception staff was very nice and very helpful with information. Luna the night manager greeted us warmly.

The location is central, yet quiet. I found it was within walking distance to nightlife and restaurants, but far enough away that you could not hear everything. It was very convenient..

The pool area was beautiful and became a relaxing oasis. The pool bar was a nice addition. it offered great food. Everything looks brand new and immaculate. I seemed like I was in Bali!
