the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. i especially liked the fresh pastries. the pool area was recently renovated and had plenty of space (it really made a difference). the staff was helpful in providing information about local restaurants.
the room cleaning was not consistent. sometimes i had to ask for fresh towels. the upfront deposit had to be paid in cash. the atm charged a five euro surcharge (that was unexpected).

the breakfast was good each morning it had lovely food and snacks.
i found the room service cleaning substandard for the hotel price water and tea weren't restocked daily a cash deposit was required upfront the atm nearby added a five euro surcharge it did not accept chip and pin.

The hotel ambiance was very relaxed! The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast offered amazing options, and I enjoyed the pancakes particularly. The pool and chill area had a fantastic layout.. super clean!

The staff always took great care of all hotel guests. they ensured order and rule-following all the time. The reception staff was very nice and very helpful with information. Luna the night manager greeted us warmly.

The location is central, yet quiet. I found it was within walking distance to nightlife and restaurants, but far enough away that you could not hear everything. It was very convenient..

The pool area was beautiful and became a relaxing oasis. The pool bar was a nice addition. it offered great food. Everything looks brand new and immaculate. I reminded me of I was in Bali!
