mixed feelings about this stay
unhelpful staff uncomfortable bed
the location was very convenient, especially with its direct access to the subway and lotte supermarket.
I found the staff unhelpful. Many seemed sullen. breakfast ended at 10, but staff began clearing tables as early as 9:30. it felt unwelcome after paying so much. the beds were not comfortable, and the duvet needed changing.

The location next to the subway was fantastic. it offered convenient access to shopping malls and restaurants. the spacious room featured thoughtful appointments. the service was attentive and friendly. I appreciated the staff's responsiveness.
the in-room dining menu was a bit limited.

excellent location and views
premier room amazing view efficient check-in comfortable bed
i was upgraded to a premier double room it had an amazing view of the city and mountains it was a highlight of my stay. check-in was efficient i accessed my room early. the room size was generous with a comfortable king bed the bathroom had a lovely layout. i found it easy to adjust the air conditioning.
the pool access was complex i had to check in get a wrist band and scan it to open the door. taking off shoes and putting my gear in a locker was necessary. i could not swim in the indoor pool without a swimming cap.

the hotel includes a pool sauna and gym for guest use. the gym features several treadmills stationary bikes and weight machines. lockers are available in the changing rooms near the pool area.

a tender stay!
helpful staff pillow menu
the hotel was very close to the metro! i loved that. the room was clean and comfy. the hotel had a pillow menu. the staff spoke english well.
the bathroom shower head moved about during showers, annoying. it was hard to have a relaxing shower. i sometimes needed to hold the shower head.

The beautiful double room featured two separate sinks, very useful. it contained a rainfall shower. the room included a desk with multiple power outlets and usb charging ports. the bed had soft, high-quality linens.

The subway accessibility provides easy transport to the airport and Nampo-dong, which I found very convenient. Lotte Supermarket is accessible through the underground passage, which offers an abundance of shopping options. All the staff provided an amazing level of service. Their dedication greatly enhanced my experience.

metro access currency exchange central location
The hotel has a direct connection to the metro, and this made getting around quite simple. the wow machine in the hotel facilitated currency exchange. I appreciated this amenity. the location is very central, and i found many dining and shopping options nearby, but the subway is there too!
The gym required walking through spa changing areas. This was somewhat inconvenient.
