the location was convenient to the beach.
the staff seemed undertrained. the language barrier created multiple issues. it took far too long to resolve simple requests.

the hotel located right on the beach. the lobby felt nice. the chinese restaurant serves good food. the main restaurant had a large breakfast buffet.
the indoor pool felt small. it was mainly used by members. hotel guests were only allowed in a small part of the pool. this wasn't really pleasant. the rooms are nicely decorated, but they lack storage.
