constant noise atrocious service
Location were acceptable. The hotel sits across the road from the MTR.
I stayed in a room next to machinery. It generated noise all night. Bar service was atrocious. Staff talked among themselves rather than attending customers. Waiting twenty minutes for a drink refill is quite long.

A Gem in the City
prime location easy access good breakfast buffet friendly staff
The location is prime, with easy access to transport. I liked the very good breakfast buffet with many choices. Staff were friendly. They were attentive to requests. I found the swimming pool offered a refreshing escape from the city heat.
The elevators got busy sometimes during peak hours, it caused a small delay.

My room was well kept and clean. I liked the spacious layout. It allows easy movement. The king-sized bed ensures great sleep. Climate control in the room ensured comfortable temperature during entire stay.

The concierge team was efficient in providing accurate directions. Housekeeping services maintained a great standard and are always on time. Staff at the Executive Lounge provided warm hospitality. Staff always try to help.

the hotel's location is fantastic with easy access to public transport like the mtr. i found many nearby dining options like indian restaurants. they also provided complimentary luggage storage. this helped me travel light for a day trip.
the sales representative was uncooperative when we requested to review the lighting options. their unwillingness to assist. i hope they take this feedback seriously.

The hotel is near several mtr stations and bus stops. it is within walking distance of kowloon park. Numerous mtr stations are easily accessible and this ensures convenient access to many tourist spots.

The chinese restaurant long fang offers really good meals. Especially the peking duck is a great choice. the breakfast has an excellent spread with delicious food, i appreciated the inclusion of indian dishes during festive celebrations too.

the rooms are spacious and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, i loved the twin-bed rooms with queen-sized beds. ample space is available for large luggage plus the service and hygiene standards are high

amazing stay, a true gem
great location themed room warm welcome excellent dining
the location is fantastic close to shopping and dining. the room upgrade to a theme room for my kids was a super surprise they really loved it. i want to thank the staff named joanne for her warm welcome. the in-room dining was excellent and issues were immediately handled by the friendly staff
the water from the tap was not suitable for drinking so i relied on bottled water
