lack of apology disinterested staff
the location was acceptable, near shops and places to eat.
I found the lack of a gym quite annoying. I was told it would open in two days, but this never happened. the staff didn't apologize or offer any compensation. the staff seemed disinterested and rarely smiled. This impacted the overall experience negatively.

helpful staff excellent location outdated facilities flickering lights
the staff was great. ohmmy, ton, tong, peter and toy all took care of me and helped me get where i needed to go (it was very kind of them). the location is excellent. it has the bts, the mrt, and you can walk to the biggest mall.
the facilities felt a bit outdated. the adjustable shower mechanism wasn't working well because of its age. i also noticed some lights flickering in the room, bathroom shower

the location is pretty good. it is close to a bts station. there is a pharmacy across the road. a 7-eleven store is nearby too.
the gym was not open. this was not stated clearly on the website. i think it should be. this information would have been useful.
